Implemented in #38 (branch feat/upstream-sync-action, base main).

.forgejo/workflows/upstream-sync.yml: weekly (Mon 04:17 UTC) + workflow_dispatch. Fetches upstream main; if the base branch is behind, pushes a dated upstream-sync/<date> branch and opens a PR into main (human-merged, so Forgejo shows conflicts). Kept in .forgejo/ so it doesn't diverge the .github/ workflows shared with upstream. YAML + bash -n validated; git logic dry-run locally (base is currently 1 behind upstream). Needs Actions enabled + an ubuntu-latest runner + the auto token allowed to open PRs (else a PAT secret). Not merged.
