Goal: stand up the fork dev loop so every later change ships cleanly.

Local working clone with remotes origin (oss), upstream (open-wanderer/wanderer), ghfork (GitHub fork — defer until first PR)
Pristine upstream-main tracking branch (never carries our patches; base for upstream PRs)
GitOps: CI builds the oss/wanderer image (kaniko), Flux deploy swaps flomp/* → our image
Weekly upstream-sync Forgejo Action that opens a sync PR
Create oss/wanderer-plugins repo + WASM SDK scaffold (from plugins/sdk)
Prune imported upstream WIP branches we don't need

Status clarification (keeping this honest).

The prerequisite foundation is live — oss org, oss/wanderer writable fork, org labels, milestones, this ticket space. But the M0 dev-loop tasks are not started: local clone + remotes (#6), GitOps image build (#7), upstream-sync Action (#8), wanderer-plugins repo (#9). We jumped to M1.2 (#11) for momentum. #6 + #7 are the near-term prerequisites to run vitest in CI and deploy. Boxes left unchecked accordingly.
