The --project /Users/ziefle arg in mcp-servers.json made serena index the entire home directory (~386G) on every session start, pinning a full CPU core (~100%; load 6.5→3.8 after killing it). Removing it lets serena activate a project on demand per-repo and drops the macOS-specific hardcoded path so the definition is portable across the fleet.
