Deferred, deliberate task (URL changes risk breaking nix flake inputs / CI / Matrix image builds).

Real third-party OSS forks found on this instance:

jmz/synapse (element-hq/synapse) — ⚠️ likely deployed
jmz/matrix-authentication-service (element-hq/mas) — ⚠️ likely deployed
jmz/aerc (aerc-mail/aerc) — likely a nixos flake input
jmz/iamb (ulyssa/iamb) — likely a nixos flake input
jmz/qmk_firmware (qmk/qmk_firmware) — standalone, low risk
public/tea (gitea/tea), public/paperbak — check intent of public org

NOT to move: internal forks (dalpago/claude-config) and work mirrors (Optimacro/tf-sgm-*).

Review of oss/ org state (2026-07-29, automated)

Progress since this ticket was filed:

aerc imported to oss/aerc (id 103) ✅ — but ⚠️ jmz/aerc (id 85) still exists as a separate repo, not a redirect (different repo ids). So this is currently a duplicate, not a clean move. Action: decide which is canonical (both show updated 2026-07-29), then archive/redirect the other and repoint any consumers.
No aerc flake-input reference found in nixos-hosts → the flake-breakage risk for aerc is low here (any consumer lives elsewhere — check laptop/other nixos configs before deleting jmz/aerc).
(oss/ also now hosts kal/kard/ktui — your own Textual TUIs, i.e. new projects, not third-party forks, so outside this ticket's consolidation scope. Noting for inventory only.)
